I ate a Big Mac meal and noticed the burger tasted "funny" at 10:30pm Saturday night.

At about 11:00pm I noticed I wasn't feeling well and between 11:00pm-11:30pm I started vomiting.

I have never been so violently ill in my entire life!

I ordered a pizza around 1:30 today, it had pesto, tomatoes, artichokes, chicken, olives, garlic and arugula. Shortly after leaving I developed strong pain in my stomach. I have spent many hours on the toilet, it is now 10:00 pm and the symptoms are still here.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
