I ate at mcdonalds at roughly 1 PM this past wednesday. I had a junior chicken, mcdouble and caramel sundae. Same night I had diarreah and had to go to the washroom 5+ times and still have a huge headache  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache

At 6:30pm wednesday evening my wife and I had a double double coffee from drive theu at this location at around 12:30am we were starting to feel severly ill vomitting fever diareah. It is saturday now we are moving around slowly still dehydrated and alot of back pain.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
