I had Swedish meatballs yesterday around 1PM. At 5PM, I started having stomach pain, diarrhea started shortly after that. A couple of hours later I was vomiting. After a night of uneasy sleep I now have temperature and headaches.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Headache

I ordered online and only I got the bmt Italian then the next day that was first thing I threw up
Then not to later it was breakfast now every hour I'm waking up and feeling the need to puke even though I don't have any thing in my stomach so I just puke water  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
