Sudden onset after 3 days in of malaise, severe nausea/abd cramping, low grade fever, and a productive cough on the second day of symptoms., Returned home after 5 days and feeling worse. Like food poisoning mixed with the flu.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Cramps, Cough
