A group of ten of us stayed at and became violently ill after drinking mixed drinks from the hotel room mini bar and drinks at the pool. 8 out of ten of us had severe abdominal issues associated with flu like symptoms.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting

My 10 year old started with fever, headache and vomiting, 4 days later my 8 year old same symptoms. Then myself, daughter and son, 5 of us, went for 2 weeks first one started 3 days into trip with diarrhea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea, Headache

We were there for 2 weeks, may 28 to june 11, 2019, started feeling ill the day we left, next day got fever, diarrhea, bad sore throat, and rash on face, hands and feet. Lasted for a week and still have rash. Got really bad mosquito bites. My 3 sisters and mom got the same while we were there  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Skin Rash, Sore Throat, Soreness
