We had dinner at the hotel. Several hours later I was vomiting and had diarrhea. I couldn’t even get out of bed the next day., I was the only one that got sick. Symptoms started about 4 hours after dinner.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Fever, Diarrhea

My whole group of 40 has suffered throughout our week stay with intense cramps, vomiting, nausea, and diarrhea. Many other groups are experiencing the same problems and quite a bit are becoming hospitalized. This is a major problem and something needs to be done ASAP  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Cramps

Mass diarrhea for several days starting about 5 days into my trip. , 5 days into my trip. We were there for a wedding in April 2018. A good portion of the wedding guests got sick.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea
