We got there August 17, 2019 in the afternoon. My 10 year old son started having fever Monday night, Aug 19. We took him to the hotel clinic Tuesday they give him tylenol I paid almost $200.00 US dollars and advised us to go to the hospital.

I paid another $275 there just for them to see him and they did some lab works and prescribed some medication, paid almost $500 at the hospital. Went back to our hotel and my son started throwing up and diarrhea. Our vacation turned into nightmare! My son got salmonella

which resulted in the diagnosis of Lymphocytic Colitis. This condition is now permanent. I’ve not had any digestive issues in the past. I only ate resort food and drank their house spirits and wine.

of our stay, I became very ill and my husband went to the onsite health provider, who gave him some funny black pills to give to me. I took them, and they did nothing to make me feel better. I became increasingly ill as we flew to Minnesota, and in the car ride to a rural town there to visit family, got sick several times and had multiple seizures. I was taken to a hospital, where I recieved IV fluids, and spent several days sleeping, taking meds and recovering in a hotel. I was left very weak for multiple days until I recovered, and Drs assumed it was a microbe but no significant testing was completed.

We chose this place since it was my husband and my honeymoon from May 3rd thru May 10th 2019 and had the worst experience ever. We both got horribly sick and we had nausea, horrible sharp stomach pain and vomiting. We havent been the same since, our stomachs are so messed up.

I visited DR in 2013 and was also very ill, presumably from the food. We were there 4 days and fell ill the second day until a day after arriving home. We stayed in the Ambar portion of GBP Punta Cana.

My whole family and I were extremely sick since the first day at this resort. My 9 years old son was hospitalized for days after returning home because he contracted a intestinal infection from the food at this horrible place!
