12/20/21, Not sure, ate a salad with chicken in it about 5 hours before onset Hey husband ate a salad with chicken on it there about 5-6 hours later he has explosive diarrhea and severe sweating along with a fever. This lasted approximately 4 hours and left him very weak.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Sweating, Weakness
