Family traveled here for vacation out of a group of 12, eight have been suffering from vomiting, diarrhea, chills, stomach pain, and some rashes. None of us have gotten tested thus far however, we are five days in and no site of it stopping. We thought we... See More played it safe making sure food was thoroughly cooked, not eating food that had been marinating in hot buffets (especially seafood and dairy). However our "safe" go to was burgers during lunch and while we ran through bottled water when available, we definitely drank ALOT of who knows where it came from water. My family and I stayed here on 12/23/22-12/28/22. The food selection was horrible at the resort. The resort barely offered Dominican food. They served Italian, Asian, and American food which was awful. They left open bottles of mayo, mustard, ketchup, and A1 sauce out for hours which... See More was supposed to be refrigerator. This is a safety hazard. The drinks and alcohol were poor quality and were watered down. It was flies all over the food and the food was not covered/stored properly. Another family and I actually become extremely ill on the trip and had diarrhea and was vomiting uncontrollably for 24 hours after eating a chicken burger.
