A Macdonald menu fried hamburger and sparkling water., I'm alone with symptoms. I ingested the menu at 9 pm and the first symptoms appeared in 1 hour of time swollen belly, stomach aches, and diarrhea after 2 hours and vomiting after 4 hours.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Swelling
