Suspected source: After eating macaroni at noon, sick for 2 days with vomiting and diarrhea, shameful!!

Eaten on 06/30/22 before 7pm a veggie whopper + cheddar fries + coke cherry = vomiting, fevers, stomach pain. I'm never sick and it's the only thing I've eaten all day. Great 👍  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Stomach Pain
