There are two of us who have fallen ill. We ate McDonald's on Sunday evening and the symptoms came the next day. I had a stomach ache all day, my partner had diarrhea all day and both had a fever in the evening and my husband vomited  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
