My partner and I ate him a Best of 280 menu and I ate a Royal Deluxe with medium fries and 6 Mac Chicken BBQ sauce together. I have vomited since early this morning more than 6 times and him 1 time, all accompanied by stomachache.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Yesterday, 11/03, I'm going to eat at McDonald's around 20:00. At midnight I had a bad stomachache and went diarrhea, now it's 8:30am and I'm back with diarrhea
Yesterday I had McDonald's than McDonald's, at noon I didn't eat anything so it must have been because of McDonald's, Lens Bollaert stadium  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain

I drank some maytea in the evening around 19:00 that came from my fridge. It didn't seem to be open (but I'm not sure). It tasted funny but being already ill (pharyngitis) I thought it was because of that. Vomiting started at 3:30am, approximately 8 hours after ingestion.  | Symptoms: Vomiting
