I ate a McDonalds meal (take-away meal at Mc Donald in Aulnay-sous-Bois) evening on Sunday, November 13, 2022. And during the night I had severe abdominal pain followed by diarrhea and vomiting.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

The chicken was poorly cooked inside I had felt it but I thought it's not serious I finished the meal 3 hours after I had horrible cramps unbearable I had to go to the toilet 3 times it did not pass I had diarrhea and nausea  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
