I live in paris and ordered a chicken burrito bowl from there. My stomach started feeling weird and then I got sick for a whole day and night, vomiting even when I thought there was no food left in my stomach. Felt super dehydrated and had shivers. Worst cramps and feeling ever.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Other, Dehydration

A few hours later, my stomach reacted in a weird way. The next day I had diarrhea, cravings to vomit (nausea) I did not eat anything of the day. But I'm not sure it's mcdo but it's very weird, hatches A few hours later and it's only me  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Loss of Appetite
