American Airlines, Flight AA 49, from Paris to Dallas

Flew from CDG, France to DFW, Texas, USA. I think it was something in the in-flight meal that caused it, based on the timing. Projectile as the plane landed, diarrhea going through customs. Just horrible.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

After eating McDonalds last night, as soon as I woke up this morning with severe lower belly cramps, nausea, and diarrhea. The cramps don't go away, and trips back to the toilet are very common  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps
