I ate McDonald's on Sunday evening, and during the night from Sunday to Monday I was struck by vomiting and fever which is still ongoing. I had ordered veggie nuggets and ice cream. My friend was not sick but had ordered a different menu (burger and ice cream).  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Headache
