We ate at McDonald's in Karlsruhe. 5 siblings of mine now have food poisoning due to eating there.
I am affected by it myself and have stomach cramps, diarrhea, vomiting, fever and dizziness  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever, Cramps, Dizziness

It was terrible, a few hours after we shared a vegan burger, we both got terribly sick, then we would have to vomit convulsively several times. The whole thing lasted longer than 48 hours!  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
