On Friday 12.4 I had a sandwich at Subway in the evening and 2 hours later I had vomiting, diarrhea, stomach cramps and fever.

Symptoms lasted 3 days with chills and fever up to 38.5  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache, Vomiting
