I was there on the 14th of January, and since then I am suffering diarrhea and vomiting. I think I got food poisoning from this restaurant, and I want to notify the authorities about this. I ate number 75 or 74 in their menu.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting

I ordered from Dominos a few weeks ago. A day later, I had food poisoning. Since Dominos was the only thing I ate, it could only have come from that.
