Consumption of McRib and Royal TS. Served with riffle fries with sourcream dip.

Night was hell! Nausea started just one hour after consumption.
Vomit all the contents of the stomach in the middle of the night.
A bit better afterwards.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting
