I picked up and ate 3 cheeseburgers and 1 apple bag on Thursday evening. Almost 24 hours later, it started with sudden nausea and vomiting (despite an empty stomach), plus chills and muscle pain.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Chills, Muscle Pain
