About 1 hour after I ate my pizza, I first had severe stomach pain/ cramps with diarrhea and then severe vomiting. I was fine before, no complaints  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills

Yesterday, 19.05.2024, my brother ate at McDonald's, at the location mentioned above. In the evening, nausea and vomiting began. On this day, 20.05.2024, my brother is experiencing diarrhea and vomiting. My brother is 17 years old. I didn't eat anything there. My brother ordered a veggie burger.
