I ate two cheeseburgers at McDonalds in Bretten yesterday evening around 6:15pm. My husband and daughter ate something else. From 8:00 PM, extremely severe stomach cramps... vomiting all night and watery diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Diarrhoea, nausea, vomiting, stomach pain, cramps
Suspected source: Chicken nuggets
Onset: 4 to 12 hours
Duration: One week
Sick: A loved one
Additional information: The nuggets were consumed last Wednesday afternoon, vomiting and severe diarrhea the following morning! Even today (Sunday)!

I ordered a filet of fish there for 4.99 yesterday No. 128 about half past 12 I was already wondering why it only took 1 minute until I received it it was a bit warm but not crispy hot tonight I got vomiting diarrhea chills and stomach pain will never eat there again  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills, Stomach Pain
