After my friend and I left the restaurant, we immediately got severe stomach pain. Both he and I had diarrhea after 1 hour. I also vomited, my whole body is shaking, I have severe headaches and I continue to feel nauseous.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Cramps, Chills, Headache

I was there eating with my girlfriend on Friday evening after a concert and on Sunday morning I had to vomit for the first time around 6 o'clock and my girlfriend around 6:30  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Chills, Headache

10 minutes after eating chicken schnitzel with fries, my wife had severe diarrhea. She had to go to the toilet multiple times. By evening she even had a fever up to 39 degrees. I had eaten the same thing and my diarrhea started during the night.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever

Since Monday morning, all 5 of us who ate lunch at Burger King in Porta Westfalica on Saturday have had diarrhea, vomiting and nausea. The only common denominator is just this common meal. We had all eaten chicken burgers.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting
