On the third day of our vacation at here, started with nausea, diarrhea, and then severe vomiting and chills.
Not sure what food caused it.
Was stuck in room for 2 days.
Went to on site nurse for electrolytes, gravel and pantaloc. Ate boiled chicken and rice for remainder of vacation  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Chills

June 18, 2022 I’m not sure which of the foods that I’ve eaten caused this, but I will say that all of the foods were reheated, recycled dishes (disguised by garnishes)— breakfast, lunch, and dinner. There is only a limited amount of time you can hold hot… See more
