This week I went to McDonald's and ordered a burger for me and my brother. After hours, I had severe stomach pain, diarrhea and vomiting and I stayed up until 4 am because I couldn't sleep. It's been two days and I'm still sick. 😡 I think this is the last time I'll eat at McDonald's restaurant 🤢  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain

My husband ate a shredded lamb pitta from ‘Jiji Mazel street food’ in Marrakesh and became terribly ill later that evening. He was yellow and constantly on the toilet! It only started dying down after 36hrs or so and 4 diarrhoea tablets. I have now caught it from him, but in a lesser form.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Chills, Weakness, Nausea
