Yesterday For eating a McDonals (quarter of a pound) at the McDonals in the mall in SJL-Lina-Peru I had bloody vomits from a hamburger from that place, how is it that they deliver food in such a bad condition?  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Nausea, Diarrhea, Other

I had lomo saltado for dinner there. As soon as i left the restaurant I felt stomach pain. From late 6pm to midnight I’m still having diarrhea.

My husband who had pepper beef there, also had diarrhea at the same time.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Stomach Pain
