My partner and I had ice cream (mudpie and sundae). Within the hour, we both had the urge to use the toilet. It was bad, each having visited the toilet 6 times in the last 5 hours. We believe the diary is spoilt, or that the machine was not thoroughly disinfected.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I ate fried chicken and fish with porridge. An hour later I started to feel very ill and begun vomiting. I continued feeling very sick and vomiting. Once I reached home I went to Changi General Hospital and was put on a drip and discharged in the evening.  | Symptoms: Vomiting

Went to eat late dinner at Yassin Kampung Seafood located at Kampung admiralty, Block 676 Woodlands Drive 71. My food came in less than 5minutes of being ordered ( nasi goreng seafood). BIL had nasi goreng kampong which cme around the same time.
