My daughter visited Friday 13th and ate chicken select meal with a fruitshoot. This was eaten around 5.30pm by 11.30 at night she was violently sick approx 8times, it's now 16th sickness has stopped but still having stomach pain  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Stomach Pain

Chic n dip and fried wings. Wings tasted very heavy on old oil. Bought 10pm Thursday 22. 5am 13th march started going toilet. Got dehydrated and kidney issue for lack of fluids as all I drunk came out. At the hospital now. Sunday 15th  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Dehydration

Ordered on deliveroo at 5:18pm. Symptoms started fully showing for me 4 hours after and my partner almost immediately. It couldn't have been anything else as this is the only meal we had together and both experienced the same thing.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Chills, Headache

I bought a quarter pounder with cheese me and late approximately 21:00 on the 14/2/26 around 04:00 I had stomach pain vommiting and diahorrea it's now 06:30 I know it was the food as I've had nothing else to eat.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Cramps, Chills, Headache
