I had a spicy chicken burger with lettuce and jalapeños and that was the only thing I had different to my partner then later on I was extremely ill with a stomach bug  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

We flew from Frankfurt to Dubai with Emirates 4 days ago. Here we will stay at the Hilton Ras Al Khaimah Resort. I don't know exactly where the food poisoning comes from, but it's from one of the two places.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

Emirates Airline, Flight from Dubai to Brisbane

I became very unwell with fever, delirium, vomiting and bloody diarrhoea 48h after my flight on 8/7/23. I was subsequently diagnosed with Shigella infection and was informed by public health that there had been a local outbreak linked to the flight. Emirates are yet to respond to my complaint.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Fever
