Went on Tuesday night with the kids to this place. I had a Spicy chicken burger and fries. From about midnight that night I’ve had the runs, and really bad stomach cramps. Had nothing to eat since as can’t keep anything in  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps

I had a bacon double cheeseburger meal with me mother before I was to fly back to Belfast, couldn't finish the burger and felt sick the whole way home, shortly after landing I vomited and have been vomiting etc..., all night whilst no being able to keep water down  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
