I ate a double sausage McMuffin yesterday morning from McDonald's. After 4 hours, I was projectile vomiting, after a bit the diarrhoea started. I have never felt so ill in my life and had to miss work.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache

Both me and my daughter had this food. The only meal we had eaten together in days. We both had a mcchicken sandwich meal and chips. Within a few hours we were both rushing for the toilet. 3 days later and I'm still the same. I'm alot of pain with stomach cramps and unable to eat.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Cramps
