Had chicken and pork on rice which was cold and the meat didn’t feel/look right. 6 hours later woke up and was on the toilet all night. Constant diarrhoea all week (going into day 6 now), horrendous nausea and stomach cramps.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Cramps
