Both my husband and I ate capers in a salad from our hello fresh salmon pasta meal and both had severe sickness and diarrhoea to the point where we are both off work for 48 hours. And I was vomiting blood.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain, Fever, Cramps, Chills, Headache
