I had chips and gravy and a mocha latte at service station knutsford and became extremely ill after vomiting 10 times resulted in dehydration. This needs investigation please. Clearly hygiene is not priority at this shop  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration
