I purchased 3 crunchy tacos and 1 Mexican pizza, a drive thru purchase, went home and ate it, 5 hours later I was vomiting/diarrhea, lasting for over 10 hours. Still suffering from dehydration and headaches 30 hours later.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting, Dehydration, Headache
