My 7 year old step son ate 2 lucky charm cereal bars on 04/18. Since 04/19 he has been vomiting and having diarrhea. He says it feels like someone is punching his stomach.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting

I bought lucky charms a couple weeks ago. My daughter and I both had some. I had it with almond milk and she had it with regular milk but we both had really bad diarrhea after and the following day.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea

I had two bowls of lucky charms this morning and about a hour and a half later I started having sweats and stomach pain. Which turned into throwing up and diarrhea. It's been a few hours and I can't hold anything down including water or jello.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Diarrhea, Vomiting, Stomach Pain
