Ate a Barbacoa burrito last night, began to get chills and super dehydrated at night. Following morning, I had diarrhea, vomiting, and felt so lightheaded. Had to go to work after feeling like crap ?  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Dehydration, Chills, Lightheaded
