I ate single bacon smokehouse meal on Tuesday evening 7/31. I woke up at 1:30 AM 8/1 because my stomach hurt too much and I threw up in the toilet. I think it’s the beef patty on the burger that made me sick.

I had the Grilled Chicken & Cauliflower Tabbouleh salad and it made me very nauseous and also made my stomach hurt a lot . 20 mins after I was eating it my stomach was hurting bad. The pain was intolerance it hurt so bad and made me nauseous as well.  | Symptoms: Nausea

Just Me . I had noticed the black guac was all black not just at the top and when they served it i asked and they stated it was fresh i said wow. But they released it and i ate it and went to the ER  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
