i was drinking a blue coconut with popping candy on the way to universal orlando. once i arrived i started feeling sick as i was waiting in line. i went to get pizza and i started to gag and threw up and it was neon green and had some blue.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting

I went to Wendy's earlier in the afternoon around 2:30 and had chilli and fries, I started feeling nauseous and sick and a couple hours later I was throwing up chilli. It was gross and repulsed me from eating there ever again.  | Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting

I went to McDonald's and ordered a Sausage McGriddle when i got home my stomach started hurting. 10 minutes later i was throwing up and going dieria i was felling sick. My muscles are sore and im still in pain. Iv been in pain for 2 days now  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting
