I ordered a personal pan pizza that came fresh out of the oven I have been sick ever since. My stomach has been turning for over 2 days straight and all I taste is bile in my throat. Meds don't help have to check out of hotel tomorrow but feel horrible  | Symptoms: Bile

I ordered a medium Carmel frappe and a few hours later I was vomiting, with SEVERE stomach cramps and diarrhea. It was literally the worst pain I ever felt in my life. I was going to have my fiancé take me to the hospital  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps
