I got sick suddenly about 5 hours after eating mcdonalds first i gelt nauseous and stomach cramps then I vomited and right after thsat i had diarreaha this all started yesterday evening and this morning I'm still nauseous and got diarreaha  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Cramps

Went to McDonald's to claim a free QP with cheese monopoly game piece ordered it plain, it was about 10:45 PM on Saturday night 4/9/16. Discovered it wasn't plain and that they actually put two top buns on instead of one top and one bottom. Went inside… See more
