Either a McDonald’s chicken sandwich - it tasted odd (like chemical) or an Impossible Whopper. I bought the whopper at Burger King arm and back muscle aches (mostly Thursday). King, 16004 Shady Grove Road, Gaithersburg, MD  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Vomiting, Muscle Pain
