Ate a Philly Beef with fries around 2 pm on Thursday afternoon, March 3, 2016. Late that evening I began vomiting. I've been sick with vomiting and diarrhea for the past week. Was finally able to eat solid food two days ago.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting
