I went to bed early after having the nachos from this establishment. I had the nachos which seemed OK but not particularly hot in anyway when I receive them. Went to bed early from feeling sick and as soon as I woke up I threw up nothing but nachos several times. And now feel very weak and fatigued  | Symptoms: Fever, Nausea, Vomiting, Weakness, Fatigue
