48 hour hospital stay for a very healthy 30s female after eating at BWW Savage. Only meal consumed by patient that was not shared by other members of the family. Incident occurred 11/10/16.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea, Fever, Vomiting

Ate there at around 11:30 am yesterday, May 9, 2016. I ordered the crunchwrap with soft shell taco. Symptoms started within 2 hours of eating with nausea and diarrhea. It was the only thing I ate yesterday.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea
