Cheeseburger. Got sick about 5 hours after eating. Completely wiped me out, basically unable to function. Severe stomach pains & then the vomiting & diarrhea for about 6 hours.  | Symptoms: Vomiting, Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach Pain
