On April 9th, i ate a Mediterranean veggie sandwich and chicken noodle soup at this store and within a few minutes if finishing, started getting bouts of diarrhea and got body chills and muscle aches when I got home. One day later, I still have high fever, headache, muscle aches and diarrhea.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Headache, Chills, Muscle Pain
