Ate a salad at Applebee's on 1/30/2017 I have not eaten anything since. Extremely sick with diarrhea, nausea and the shakes. I have been home sick all day on 1/31/2017. I will see my family physician on 2/1/2017  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Nausea

I visited linden NJ bww on wed July 15th and got violently ill from most likely their dry rub Mac and cheese with chicken. It is 12 hours later and I still don't feel right.
