I went out with a friend for dinner only. We did not have any alcohol. I ordered a chicken Caesar salad. I did not taste bad but after I came down with severe headache, nausea and diarrhea. There have been several people getting sick after eating there lately.  | Symptoms: Diarrhea, Fever, Nausea, Headache
